Arrived in town for repair work at a local store. Cannot access my tools because I couldn’t unlock my truck topper. ONE phone call and they arrived on site in under 10 minutes, had it opened in under 30. The lock is unrepairable, as such I was told “From one hard working tradesman to another, no charge”. This kind of service and respect is virtually unheard of nowadays !! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. If you live in or around Rocky, and need a locksmith, Clearwater is the company to call, hands down. Thanks again guys, the guy in the white Ford won’t forget the helping hands !!!

I am not satisfied. He cut three keys for me this week, and not a single one works. If you look at them, even I can tell one isn't even CLOSE. The other twp were clearly the wrong blanks. It says here that he is open today. When I phoned, he answered, but said he is not. I told him about the problem, and that I'm not able to make it in during his regular business hours. I would think that a businessman would want to make this right sooner rather than later in order to have a good reputation, but I was just told again to come back Monday. Also, the cost seems very high. I paid him $15.00 for the three keys. When I went to Coop to get them recut (since he isn't open) the cost was $4.00.

I worked for Mr Wilhite for a couple of years and found him very unprofessional. He often did not finish jobs at all or in a timely manner, and his knowledge of security system installations was not good at that time. I would not recommend him for any work you need done.
