Called to have my truck towed, and wasn't in a hurry as I have an alternate vehicle, but Nathan fit me in the same evening so I didn't have to take any time off work. Excellent, friendly service that I highly recommend!

If you are ever in a spot that you need a tow truck, definitely call Nathan’s Towing, I can only say good things about the experience I had. He was very professional and kind, all around fantastic customer service. I will recommend his service to everyone I know.

Don't bother calling anyone else. Super helpful with a calm demeanor. Pulling a U-Haul across the country and he stored it for us while the truck was in the shop. Top shelf, totally recommend.

I can't say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and ingenuity that Nathan displayed when he came out to help in Redcliff. He went over and above by doing whatever he could to get my car out of the jam that it was in. There's no questioning the patience and kindness he has for his customers. Hands down the best towing company I know. Incredible Service. Highly recommend

Wish I could give 10 stars to Nathan's Towing... We were stranded on the highway just coming into Medicine Hat with an old truck (1986)and slide-on camper on Friday July 28th at 6.15 pm. CAA gave us 2 phone numbers of well-known towing companies. Neither of them could help us due to all their staff having the long weekend off... It was suggested we try Nathan as he has a reputation to ALWAYS help... He dropped everything at home... deserting his guests that were visiting for the long weekend and came to our rescue.. He was calm and patient... towed us to his yard, discovered and fixed the fuel problem. Then, although everything was in order that we could leave, he invited us to stay because it was already late in the evening. He offered us electric hookup, and supplied us with water... offered the use of the shower and bathroom in his home!!!! The next morning, he reflected on some other issues we had in the past regarding our carbeurator. He checked it out and discovered there had been an incorrect gasket installed... He got the parts and made that repair also. Nathan turned a stressful situation into an extra day of holidays.. I feel that we have gained a friend and hope that he takes our offer of a visit to our home when he is in the area.

Even on a day when he wasnt feeling that great he still manage to help me out to get my car into the shop. There were some technical difficulties, but through it all he remained polite and friendly. Thank you for the great service!
