They were friendly enough but it took 3 trips for me to get my key cut and fob programmed

This company, the owner particularly, is someone who you cannot trust. I called him to open the doors to my shop because our landlord had illegally entered our place and changed our locks to steal our equipment. We had a bailiff on site who was working out a way to keep the landlord away from the door as the slime-ball landlord would not move from the door, so if we moved him we would have been charged with assault. The owner of this business knew the landlord and talked with him the whole time, siding with his illegal seizure of our things. I have the receipt to prove that we paid all of our rent, and the Landlord had no court order to enter and change the locks, the only problem is that the court system is so slow to go through them will take too long so we were using a Bailiff to get our equipment and didn't want to sue. Now we are in the courts settling this dispute. The owner of this shop had to wait 45 minutes for the bailiff to explain to the police why we were able to enter our shop to collect our things, so I asked him if I paid him $100 in order to wait around, he said yes so I trusted his word. His usual fee I believe is $65. Anyway I paid him early before the job was done, trying to be good to him, big mistake, and as soon as he got his pay he left the scene telling me that I was in wrong and he wanted no part of this. I thought this company was upstanding but what we got was someone who was friends with the owner and made a difficult situation more difficult. Do not trust this company!

The only place I refer my customers to get their locks changed. They even came same day.

If I could rate this any lower I would. Asked them to program a key fob I bought on line wouldn't even do it with pre payment. Rep had to get the attention of the techs as they were to busy chatting. My mechanic told me this was common place for this company and to go to Doug's keymart and they took care of me. Sad really.
