Ken and his staff are very helpful and his prices are extremely reasonable. I use them for all the commercial properties I manage and would strongly recommend them to other Property Managers, friends and family.

We bought a house in White Rock, BC and called A Priority Locksmiths to rekey the locks. Ken, the owner, showed up on time. Ken was very nice and professional. It took him about 1 hour to rekey 6 locks and made 3 sets of keys. He also helped us fix one lock that was misaligned while he was at it. The bill was a very reasonable $228. We are renting the property out, and when tenants change, we definitely will get Ken to rekey the house again.

This is the worst place on the entire planet. It's run by the most racist mentally ill middle aged guy. I would never recommend anyone to even go in for an inquiry. I went in there to get my office keys cut, I walk in to the store and the owner/person at the counter very rudely asks me WHAT DO I WANT??. Then he takes the key off of my hand and cuts the new one and gives both of them back to me. Then he ask for 2.5 dollars. I offer him to play via card. He get so angry, comes close to my face, so close that i can smell his breath, and says "YOU DON'T have 2.5 dollars ON YOU", and repeats it three times in a very derogatory manner. The name of this guy is Mike and he is also the owner of this store. I would recommend going to Home hardware or Wal-Mart, where the employees or people working there are suppose have manners.

I used this guy on three different occasions, from rekeying a locks to door reinforcement, he was outstanding !!! very knowledgeable and he goes out of his way to help. I highly recommended his services. Thanks :) Re earlier review, I never dealt with the "old guy" so I can't comment on that... but apparently he is no longer there :P
