I needed new keys made for my scooter and spoke with Ray; who was polite and accommodating . He promptly sent over another worker; Kim who completed the job in a timely fashion. I am extremely pleased with this company. Thank you.

Treats customers with zero respect. Don’t be a 24 hour service if you’re going to be mad people call you at any hour of the night. Called around 1:30ish because I was locked out. Told it would be $250. Which took me by surprise so I said “are you f-ing kidding me?” Chewed me up for something that wasn’t even directed at him. When my boyfriend called today to ask about the situation he was told to “get a new girlfriend” and asked “do you even have a job” the service I’m sure is good, I wouldn’t know because I was hung up on. The customer service is pretty disgusting. Hope this company either gets their ducks in a row.

This place is awesome and they're all very helpful. Had to get a key made for a vehicle that had no keys or keycode, they got me fixed up quickly and for a very reasonable price.

So sweet and helpful. Was looking for a lock to put in a fence and had a idea to put two letters on it. The lady ended up engraving it for free for me, even though they usually don't but she was so excited with me and so sweet. Great customer service
