Ray provided excellent service! He answered my phone call at 6:30 am and arrived at my home in 30 min. Bathroom door was unlocked in minutes. I highly recommend

This business was called Browns at this location and provided professional service. Almost a year ago it became Rays and has been sadly lacking. Keys were not cut correctly and attitude was in abundance. No thanks to the new amateurs on the block. Their competition is simply more savvy and definitely more courteous b

I have nothing good to say about the owner Ray of this business. I have tried unsuccessfully to get some service from this person as my property needs to be rekeyed. He had asked me to provide details to him via an email after a couple of phone calls. He had told he would be get on tending to that email after a couple more polite calls on my part. I understand when someone is busy, but when they say they have time now and don't deliver it's very frustrating. I just called him again ,5th time as a reminder, over the course of a week, and he hung up,I believe. Apparently he doesn't need my business. I have tried another 5 times and get voice mail. If he wasn't interested in my business, JUST SAY SO. One star is the least you can rate otherwise I'd give it a zero.. He also is now a City councilor according to his voicemail. I sure don't think I'd be voting for him either

Came quickly to unlock my truck on a Sunday evening. He is available when the other guys aren't. Really nice guy! Thanks Ray!

Ray has done a fantastic job for me! had to fix a door knob as we were trying to sell our house and he arrived within minutes of calling him. When we moved, we called him again to change the locks and he was very fast in getting there and getting the job done!
