Got a car key cut there, absolutely no problem and under ten minutes (not to mention almost a tenth of the dealer price quoted to me!). Very helpful, down to earth. These guys know their stuff.

I would have to say my experience was no better, maybe worse. When I walked in today the guy looked up but didn't say anything- he looked at the other guy working there as if to say to him 'you gonna do something about that?' It was coldest greeting I've received at a business. He wasn't very forward helping me with my issue- he seemed pissed that I didn't buy my blank keys there that I asked him to cut. He didn't look into anything to tell me if they could cut and program my key until I asked specifics about each step. I walked out and would not give them my business. I will seek out another lock smith I've had good luck with other Price's locations but that was my first and last time into the Langford location- and will advise others to stay away. He was almost no help at all- and would have been none if I didnt know what questions to ask. It's like he was trying to turn away my business. Word of mouth is the best (or worst) advertisement a business can have and I have a big mouth
