Very helpful and proficient staff. Had a serviceman come and work on the doors of a public building. While he was waiting for me to come and meet him he tightened up the door mechanisms of other doors. They don't waste time!

They just moved onto Blanshard. Some problems with the transition the moment I walked in apparently. Fairly rude and strange no likely due to stress and some apparent tension between employees and management. The key blank I needed had not been moved from the other location yet. Inexplicable to me. Had great service at the other location on every occasion so I’ll give them a try later when they’ve sorted themselves out.

Best lock and key store in Victoria. Wide variety of product. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I received a discount on my lock even though I had never been in the store before. They also gave my dog a treat.

I called January 26 to say we were having trouble with an old front door lock. I was told that some one would call between 3 and 4:30 on the 28 th. At 3:10 the service rep called to say he was running late and he would be there a little after 4. At about 4:10 he called to say he was five minutes away He arrived at 4:15 took the lock apart, made a small adjustment and put it all back together in excellent working order.........no charge! Thanks Prices, you have my continued strong support.that is real service. You kept me involved and informed every step of the way. I was not left hanging around the house waiting and wondering when someone to turn up. Well done Brian Rogers

The staff members at Price's Lock and Safe are absolutely phenomenal. My key cleanly broke off in my car trunk lock; this key by the way is the ignition key as well, so thankfully I had a spare. I went in to request 2 copies of the key and explained my dilemma. Without even asking, one of the fellows immediately volunteered to take a look at the trunk lock. I really didn't think anything could be done except to have the entire lock system replaced. "Magically" the fellow managed to eventually ply out the broken piece. My two new keys are also of better quality metal, thanks again to the ever high-quality service and products at Price's.
