How do you describe Terry's Lock & Security - Its a hard one as you do not find a business owner more dedicated in finding a solution than Terry and his wife. I was left without key fobs to a Land Rover and literally stranded according to the dealership. I was told I would need to tow my suv in over 1500 kms as the key fob, computer and suv must be synched together. The dealership and Land Rover Canada advised me that it was impossible to have any one else other than a licenses dealer program a key for me. They obviously do not know Terry's Lock & Security as they said they have never programmed a key for a Land Rover but do what ever they could do to figure it out... Answer: They did it...... It is rare to meet professionals who love what they do... Thank you!!!

They are a great business. Even if they are only open on weekdays they know what they are doing and get it done efficiently and right. They made a spare key for my 2005 ford 500 when I only had one and did it cheaper then around town and even my dealer forwarded them to me. I also got a old lock box key replaced and they did it at a very reasonable rate. Next week I'm going to go get my new tool box re Keyes as it is a second hand one and I'm sure it will be done swiftly.
