I needed a lock cylinder for my front door...it was an obscure part..the gentlemen actively listened showed me pieces as potential solutions...worked WITH me ...showed me an inexpensive piece ..offered to take it back if it wasn't right...gave me to confidence to try it... it fit like a glove...thank you! Fair pricing good problem solving and honest!

Worst customer service ever. I had a knife engraved for my dad's birthday with a cute message from my son on it and the older man who engraved it put it on crooked and in tiny font. I went back after showing multiple people who all agreed it looked terrible and he was condescending and rude to me. Basically called me a liar when I said other people agreed that it didn't look good. "I'd like to meet "these" people." He called me out in front of the other people in the store asking if they they it was crooked. He offered me my money back for the engraving but not the knife. He ruined the knife so what good is that? I literally walked out in tears by how I was treated. He made me feel like an idiot. If I could give no stars I would.

They are good locksmiths and have fair prices. I have had them repair locks and rekey locks, on site and in store, very happy with the work and prices. They do have some employees that are not as experienced as others. Call ahead and ask for Brian.

A locally owned and operated business. Every time they have been efficient, knowledgeable, and consistently accurate. After a dozen different interactions this business owner has integrity and my trust. Trident is the Key. Thanks ....

I provided them with 2 key blanks and had them copy my original. They charged me $12 for just a few minutes work. At that rate they are valuing their time at $300 per hour. In the semiahmoo location they take advantage of elderly seniors. These people have no scruples.
