We had to get one of our vans out of the ice to be able to go do after school pick-ups. Not only did they arrive ASAP but took the time to find the best place to re-park it to ensure it wouldn't get stuck again.

Called in to get a car removed from our private property downtown Moncton and they straight up REFUSED and hung up. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

This company was very unprofessional. I had to call because my car slid off my driveway and was overhanging a ledge. My kids were in the car. They are okay. First off the truck that came originally got stuck on a piece of Ice because the driver was not paying attention to the conditions of the road around him so we waited for another. We were patient yet irritated in a rational sort of way as I was on my way to get my Husband from work when this went down. When the second truck arrived my father had to push the car into position for them to be able to slide it out. Had they just hooked it up and went the car would have smashed into the house. Then as my husband (now home from work) was dealing with my energetic daughter they approached my father in law to pay the bill (My husband was going to give them my landlords address to have the bill sent there as the driveway had not been properly cleaned) the guy was getting in his truck to drive away. My husband was yelling to get the drivers attention to give us a receipt. My father in law said the driver told him they couldnt print one or else they would have to charge a special tax on it. I felt like this was shady and my husand called them. The manager said that his driver would not do this and that we should be thankful for the special rate. Which is also Shady. Either he doesnt do it or he charges special rates when he sees fit? Which is it? The manager also said they had to do extra work to pull out the first truck and that is why we should be happy we didnt get charged more. My husand said he needs the receipt and as a paying a customer for a service that is his legal right. Manger told him that it was not illegal to conduct business this way. My husband said if a cash transaction occurs and it is not legally noted and claimed it is illegal and printing a receipt is what makes it offical. It was just an overall shady experience and I do not feel comfortable with businesses who conduct themselves like this.

Great friendly service! We recently had the misfortune our car breaking down thousands of km's from home, and were provided great service. Chris made an otherwise horrible situation as pleasant as could be.
