Anthony was great - came 2 hours after I called and installed the deadbolt in less than 15 minutes. Really kind, professional and even asked if he could sweep up the metal shavings for me because he was worried my cat would step on them. It’s also a family business started by his father, so I like supporting that and also feel they are trustworthy, which is always a concern when having a locksmith put locks on. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. If I could leave 6 stars I would! It

I gave this business a call, and they were very efficient. I needed a deadbolt installed and within an hour of calling, Arthur came and got the job done, and it only took 15 minutes. He was very professional and helpful, giving advice on operating this lock and others on my door. Compared to other places I had called, this service was much cheaper, and I got an extra two keys in the deal! Would highly recommend.

Arthur explained any changes he was going to make (quite a few adjustments had to be made because the house is older and the locks have seen.some.stuff.) BEFORE he made them, and clearly explained all of the pricing to me. He even had different *color* options for the new deadbolt. Everything was done in around 1-1.5 hours, quick and easy. They even use Square so I didn't have to bust out my checkbook yet again and could just use my debit card. I'll certainly use Sullivan Locksmith again, and can happily recommend them. Well done, and thanks Arthur

Going to Sullivan Locksmith, I was sad to hear that the gentleman who usually worked, was out. But when I received the same great services I was thrilled. I was recommended to (this Lock Smith and Cobbler) Sullivan Locksmith by a good friend and have stayed with him for over a year. Glad to have this convenience in the neighborhood. I will continue to use their services and highly recommend them.

Arthur, owner of Sullivan Locksmith, demonstrated for us that ethical businesses still exist in the city. When our brand new door got damaged during installation of a deadbolt, Arthur made sure it got repaired back to new condition. This ended up being a process that took several days because the first paint company contracted to do the repair didn't do a good job and we had to start over with another one. Arthur kept us on his radar, got the second painter lined up (this one restored the door to like-new condition), and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Strongly recommend Sullivan Locksmith for their ethical business practices, a rare find these days.
