Hours are not according to what's posted online and outside which is frustrating. Got there at 5:45 pm only to see it was closed.

too high rates .. ok services 😐

If I could give these guys 0 stars, I would. I have had multiple bad experiences here and I can say that I will never go back. I always book my appointments beforehand but they're never on time and I always have to wait more than 10-15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The ladies who work there also don't acknowledge that someone's been waiting. If you can actually sit there and wait all that time and get someone to help you, their services are mediocre. I only let Ruby do my eyebrows and she always thins them out far more than I request. She also puts on aloe or lotion after doing your eyebrows without permission so if you have sensitive skin, make sure you tell her before that you don't want anything on your skin. I liked going to this place because Ruby is great at cleaning up eyebrows but her standard of work has definitely declined over the years.
