Sonya was amazing! She's owner & operator of the hair salon side.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I had an appointment but had to wait over 30 minutes because the person before me came late and there was only one hairdresser in. I asked for a trim to get rid of dead/split ends (I had recently had a haircut ~4 months ago, so my hair wasn't in bad condition) but they ended up cutting off 4-5 inches and adding in long layers. It didn't look terrible in the end, but not what I asked for and I was trying to grow out my hair. I wouldn't return.

Went to get my hair cut after growing it out for over 2 and a half years so that I could donate it to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. The hairdresser said she has experience with cutting hair that would be donated so I trusted her. Turns out that was a huge mistake and she ended up cutting my hair before putting it in a ponytail. A bunch of my hair was lost in the process and she tried to salvage the hair but I think it’s a lost cause. I’m incredibly disappointed that this happened and I would highly recommend going somewhere else to get your haircut. I will never return to this establishment.

The staff there are always very friendly and have a copy of Avenue Magazine awaiting my reading here.

Alison is an amazing hairdresser! How often does a stylist completely nail what you've asked for and then some. Plus she always told me what she was doing and why and checked in to make sure I was happy. She corrected my horrible version of 'the Rachel ' and turned me into a modern 'Keira Knightly ' with the best Bob I could ever ask for. She's really fun to talk to as well. I highly recommend her! She's a true master of her craft.
