I have been going to Courtney at Hedkandi in Hotel Arts for a few years now. My color is always perfect. My hair is soft and luxurious and my color looks more natural and suited to my skin tone. My highlights and low lights are soft and well placed and not fried and chunky like I've had at other salons. The salon is comfortable and classy and I love that there is a Starbucks right next door. This is my salon and stylist of choice and I highly recommend both.

When I met Sarah P. it was meant to be. She and I hit it off instantly! She was very attentive to everything I had to say about what I wanted for my cut and balayage. I started with dark and super long dry strands but she softened it with a lighter tone and shortened the length (see pictures). She explained what she was going to do before she started and even stopped in the middle of her work multiple times to ask if I was okay with everything she was doing. I tend to be on the quieter side so I don't often talk much but she made me feel so comfortable that I babbled on the entire time we were together. My appointment was almost 3 hours long but it felt like only minutes. If you are looking for a cut or color, she is brilliant! I came into this appointment cautious due to past experiences with bad haircuts but she made me feel at ease. The ladies at the front were very welcoming and kind and the space is bright with a modern aesthetic. All those years of horrible hairstyles was definitely worth it for finding this amazing stylist. I love love love my hair!! I finally have a hairstyle that makes me feel absolutely confident. Thank you Sarah!

I highly recommend Molly Clapp as a stylist at The Hotel Arts Hedkandi Salon. Molly is a creative artist delivering excellent cuts and colors. She is skilled at identifying personality types and what style will best fit each individual. I can easily go visit Molly and with no idea what I really want other than something 'different' and she immediately get to work with amazing results. I love that she is so confident in her ability and skills and she isn't scared to make recommendations and take ownership of her work. I also love that she is quick...again her experience in action. Thanks Molly for making me feel so great after every visit!

I’ve been going to Hedkandi Hotel Arts for the past 4 years & Courtney O has been my go to stylist ever since my first appointment with her! I appreciate that Courtney truly listens & understands what I am conveying during the colour/cut consultation at the beginning of each appointment. She also provides great input and has made some suggestions for colour/cut that I never would have thought of for myself. Her attention to detail is amazing and you can tell she is extremely passionate about the work she does. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Courtney – I am absolutely in love with my hair every time I leave her chair!! The salon itself is clean, stylish & has a ton of products available for purchase. The location is great & easy to find. It’s close to a couple coffee shops so you can grab a drink or snack before your appointment (Headkandi will also offer you a beverage too!). Booking an appointment is super easy, you can book online or call in and a receptionist will book it for you. There is lots of outdoor parking available around this location (both free parking & pay parking). You can also pay for underground parking at Hotel Arts for those colder/snowier days.

One of the best salon experiences I've had. It's a breath of fresh air stepping into the building, and the customer service provides a friendly, relaxing environment. I saw Sarah P., and she is very intuitive with what her clients want while also integrating her professional opinion. Can't wait to go back!
