I had a horrific home color nightmare which left my hair orange and blue :(:(:(:( I called Mudhoney as a new client in need of an emergency hair fix, and Kim had me in within the hour!! Same day!! She was kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgable and skilled. She was able to bleach out the horrible tones, and because my scalp was so irritated by my own dereliction of Sally box colors...when she went to apply toner, she had to wash it out right away. She told me that she would see me in a week to re-apply toner once my scalp was healed. I was extremely impressed by her call the next day to ask how I was doing....which is customer service these days that is few and far between. I went back today and had toner re-apllied by Kim to bring my hair to the perfect color of Blonde!! Kim is an extremely helpful and skilled stylist, and is ranked highly in my experience with coloring applications. Thanks Kim!!

Be prepared for the worst experience ever! I was in the market for a new hair salon and saw a groupon for Mudhoney Salon and I got one for myself, my sister and mom and made a day out of it. We show up on time for our appointment and when we booked we were assured that all three of us could come and that the stylist was able to handle us 3. So we show up on time only to not be greeted nicely then the stylist seats my sister who is getting highlights done and the stylist rudely mentions how he’s running behind and he’s late and so on. It wasn’t my fault you’re running behind his friend mentioned to my mom that he brought his mom to get her hair done and that the stylist was his friend and he came very late. Then he begins to do my sisters foils and does it fast and seats her. My mom was so disappointed with his attitude and his constant reminder that he’s running behind and is late that she didn’t want to get her hair cut. I was able to get a refund for her groupon and she left. So now we had to wait till he was done with his client prior then he did my sisters hair. I had gotten a groupon for a deep conditioning treatment and he never gave me one. And to top it all off he went for multiple smoke breaks and wreaked of smoke when he washed our hair. And then when it finally was dead he got his girlfriend to blow dry our hair and straighten it. He never asked what we wanted done. She was nice and friendly but she wasn’t a hairdresser at all. And he went and cut his friends hair while she did our hair. I thought we booked our time for a hair dresser. I guess not. Worst experience ever. I wouldn’t NEVER go back and I urge everyone not to waste their time there either. I called the manager Kim, she is such a horrible person to speak to. She has no customer service experience and is rude and definitely should not be in charge of the phone. Especially, when I said Thank you and was about to say goodbye, she hung up on me. I will tell everyone to never go back here.

We go there because of Ester she is amazing and so so so so good. Love her work.

Kim is amazing, she takes such good care of me and I never have any regrets going here.
