It was the worst customer service experience ever!! I found only two reserved parking stalls for this salon. One car wasn't parked properly in the stall, so I wasn't able to park my car properly either. While I was getting my hair done, a man (who I think is the owner) came in and looked for a driver for my vehicle, so I asked if anything was wrong. He yelled at me if I don't even know how to park. I tried to explain why I had to park like that, but he didn't even listen and kept yelling at me. I said "you are not even trying to listen" and he said "I don't need to listen because I can see how you parked outside!" OMG, he was unbelievably RUDE!! My hair stylist was good but if I don't go back to this salon, it's all because of the rude man! He should learn how to treat customers with respect.

Best place to get your hair done at period. Great friendly staff. Joyce is the bomb.

I have been to La Beaute for pedicures twice in the last 5 months. It's under new management since the last time I was there (about 3+ years ago) and I was pleased with the service I received. Excellent pedicures both times.

Worst haircut ever. If I wanted to be skinned alive I would go to a barber and pay 3 times less. All I can say they just lost a long time regular customer. And the boss is the worst such a liar.
