Elements day spa is hands down the best place to go to get pampered on your off days. I’ve had almost every service they have to offer and would recommend every one to someone looking for those services. The ladies are easy to talk to, kind, none judgemental and genuinely care about you having a great experience when you are inside their spa. 10/10 would always recommend. Amazing. 👌

The Ultimate Body Treatment = Ultimate Stress Release & Relaxation!!! I just had such an amazing experience at Elements by the wonderful Alyssa! Their new service 'Ultimate Body Treatment' with aromatherapy was absolutely more than I had expected. I came in for my appt. so very very sore & tense and completely burnt out from my job where I work on a computer long hours. After a brief consultation with Alyssa to find the most important issues to work on and to choose the right aromatherapy blend, we were off on a journey of pure relaxation. I basically melted into the table. The massage with the aromatherapy was amazing on its own but wait there's more...warm soothing masks for my feet, hands AND omg my head. And it gets better...head massage with the warm mask is just heavenly and to finish things off....a rose facial...I could barely function after my wonderful treatment as I came in so stressed-out, mind and body, and left a big puddle of goo...well done Alyssa & Elements...LOVED my ultimate body treatment!!!

First time customer of Elements. Treated myself to a manicure and pedicure today. I had a really great experience with Danyell. She is so friendly and easy going. The whole atmosphere was relaxing, calming and clean. The staff were friendly, fun and professional. I will definitely be back and sooner than my wallet would like. Lol

This is my first time writing a review because I can't believe it. When I first came here for consultation and beauty, I was told $140 for 75 minutes. But I arrived at the store at 11:30 in the morning, changed my clothes, filled out the form, waited for about 15 minutes, it officially started, and it was all over at 12:35. The actual grooming time is less than 45 minutes, and the technology has no comment. During this time, the beautician was not wearing a mask and the breath was blowing directly into my face. After about 20 minutes, I put a mask on her. When I asked at the front desk why it wasn't 75 minutes, the explanation they gave me was that we have a 15 minute turnaround and customers don't need to charge for a room for a 15 minute break. This means that the correct time for each service shown on the website should be reduced by 30 minutes? Is it the time from the moment the guest enters the door? Even so, the flasher directly showed me the tip page, sorry I didn't tip. It's all unbelievable, the first time I've experienced something so bad, there's no place to do it.

I tried the new forest therapy service and it was absolutely amazing. If there were more than 5 stars Id be giving them all the stars. “Recharge and take your mind, body, and soul on a much-needed getaway away from all the noise, clutter, and stress that builds up in everyday life. Your therapy experience revitalizes and renews your energy and wellness using a unique and empowering aromatherapy forest blend. Set your intentions and allow the gentle acupressure massage and reflexology to release tension and boost vitality. Breathe deeply with this cleansing, grounding Forest Therapy®️blend and renew all your senses. You will also receive a grounding clay mask for your hands, feet, and face, followed by a warm and relaxing scalp massage, which restores tranquillity to the mind and body.” This is the explanation from the website. But holy it was so much more than that. It was literally a treatment for your entire body. I left there feeling so relaxed. And all of my skin and hair felt amazing. I literally loved everything. The only thing that made me unhappy was when it was over lol. I can’t wait to try the other new service the ULTIMATE experience. I love this spa and all the staff. *especially Gina and Alyssa ❤️ I love every service I have every received here. I think I have tried the majority of them. And as someone with an autoimmune condition, chronic pain, and PTSD. I frequently need a little extra care love and attention. Elements always delivers. Whether it’s Nails, lashes, pedicures, massages, facials, skin care, makeup, reiki, reflexology, waxing, body treatments, sauna, meditation and whatever else that I missed that I love here 🥰. Alyssa even did my wedding lashes and nails and they were amazing! The staff is friendly, the space is beautiful and welcoming, but most importantly the environment is just amazing and at elements it really is about the mind, body, and spirit ❤️
