Completely sabotaged a girls hair while I was getting my hair done. I left so bad for her only to have my hair also completely wrecked also by a different stylist. Literally walked out with fried orange hair from root to ends- when it was supposed to be a balayage. Horrible horrible horrible. Don’t go here. They should pay us to get our hair fixed else where. I lost 2 inches of hair.

Absolutely disgusted by this place , I came in on May 4th to get my hair done and the stylist jasmine told me yes she can do my hair like what I showed her and then when she stripped my hair and washed out the product her supervisor walked by and said no we can’t do your hair like that, she said we can do your hair to your natural hair colour and that is dark blonde so she put the colour in and when she washed it out it was still orange looking and then the supervisor said we’re going to have to go darker , we’ll I came in with light brown hair wanting to go lighter and walked out with hair that was so much darker than what I came in with, I went to other salons after to talk to them about fixing my hair and it’s going to cost me a lot more than what I could have gotten before they ruined my hair, I recently found out jasmine lee worked at a different salon and gotten fired from there because she’s ruined other people’s hair. I have contacted the corporate and no one has gotten back to me.

Went in last night for a cut and color she charged me 40$ to literly just trim the back to make it straight she didn't trim my bangs. My hair was suppose to be blonde she convinced me that since just my roots were darker to do a foil n the roots and toner on the rest, as the rest was brassy. Great ok well now I sit here today looking at my hair and I want to cry I paid almost 170$ for my hair not to look the way I wanted it too.. and now get to pay someone else to fix it
