If I could give zero stars I would. Incredibly disappointed with this place. Booked an appointment for noon, sat in the waiting area for an hour with absolutely no acknowledgment at all from the girl who was supposed to do my hair. Never bothered to come tell me it would be a bit longer, no apology that she was running late, never let me know she was with another client, nothing. Atrocious customer service. Only customer service I got was from another hair dresser trying to help me while balancing her clients at the same time. Will never be returning.

I went here for a massage. I always make sure that the therapist is a RMT so that I can submit my receipt to the insurance company. Well, I asked and was told that yes, she was good to go. A couple of weeks later I got a call from Sunlife letting me know that this woman isn't certified and that they won't refund my expenses. I spoke to the manager and she didn't care. I won't be spending my cash here ever again!

Love this salon. Best gel nails ever with Christine and Sarah. And Kelssie is a miracle worker with my hair. Rickie has done awesome with making the salon warm and inviting. 5+ stars!
