I got my hair cut and highlift colour from Chatters last week. My hair stylist was Tara. She is the most amazing and experienced stylist that Chatters have. I called up later for some corrections in my colour and she understood my concern so well and corrected it. Tara did her job with such a perfection and was not in a rush like stylists at other places. I must say, she is a gem😊😊Highly recommend Chatters for hair services!

Sarah M. is absolutely wonderful. I have always hated the shampooing/ wash part, however Sarah’s scalp massage was so relaxing. She was so patient and meticulous, extremely careful not to pull my hair, as my scalp is very sensitive. She very carefully cut my hair and is clearly very skilled. I left feeling great with a great cut - I plan to be a regular with Sarah. Highly recommend!

The people who work at Chatters Langley are just the sweetest and most genuine people. I had an issue with my hairstyling tool and they were so helpful in fixing my issue. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had and I wanted to give them a much appreciated thank you. I hope everyone there has a blessed day :)

I had perms yesterday spend +$200. She never blow dried my hair saying ur hair are sensitive. On other hand when I came home my all perms were gone. She used very strong chemicals which made rashes on the back of my ear. Very bad service. Wanted to change my look but this was very bad and scary. I will never visit here again. I need a refund.

I LOVE Vanessre! She is such a sweetheart, not only is she fantastic at her work, but she is so personable! I remember before Covid i had an appointment with her and two years later i went back to have my hair cut by a random stylist at Chatters because I needed an appointment that day, and she saw me and remembered me
