Kim did a wonderful job helping me find a new style and fine tuning it to suit my tastes and my thick hair. She provided advice, friendly conversation, and took care of donating my hair to the Cancer Society as well. I would recommend Kim for a great hair cut experience. I would like to thank Kim for her time and Knotty Nellys for their very generous policy about free hair cuts for hair donations to the Cancer Society (8" and longer cut off). I was able to get a great hair cut, save a bit of money, and help someone battling cancer; thank you for giving back to the community Knotty Nellys :)

Absolute garbage. Run, don't walk, to any other salon but this one!

I went to knotty nellus purely for tanning as it is very close to where o live... aWJAT A TERRIBLE MISTAKE!!!!! From the get go. .The owners attitude is unreal.. Its pike she's doing you a huge favor.... I let the t go bit the m I note I saw the tanning booth I knew the place had ISSUES... It was filthy! !!...Free ngerprints.. Smears.. Hair everywhere.. I've been to other tanning places and they take CLEANLINESS VERY SERIOUSLY!! !.. People are trying n there sweating.. Naked and slatherethed in lotion for crying out loud! !!. I mentioned it to them and they "cleaned "it.. Next time... It was a last ttle cleaner but it still felt unsanitary..... The final time.. .I mentioned that it didn't look clean again and she offered my money back.. SHOULD JAVE TAKEN OT!!!. .TWO DAYS LATER.. .MY FOOT BEGAN TO ITCH SO BADLY I WANTED IT CHOP IT OFF!!! ! That lead to almost three weeks of blistering and swelling.. I couldn't walk without a cane!! !. .Went to the doctor and was told I had gotten some kind FUNHAL AMD BACTERIAL INFECTION TJAT JAD TO BE PASSED ON.. .IMPROPER SANOTARY CONDOTIONS IS A BREEDING GROUND.. ..I would have passed it on if I came back any earlier...... So.. I went in today to get my money back ad I had PAID FOR UNLIMITED TANNING and had intended to be there every second day!! . .The way that this owner handled this was SO UNPROFESSIONAL IT WAS SO UNREAL!! !!. .If this woman smiled her face and would break!!! She does not care about CLEANLINESS/or CUSTOMER SERVICE.. .SHe called me a liar basically and skins herself to being a doctor apparently because she said"yu can't get an infection that quickly"She is a LIAR.. A THIEF... and I am WARNING PEOPLE.... DONT GO TO KNOTTY KNELLYS FOR TANNING! ! !!!!!THEY DONE NY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING AND MOST IMPORTANTLY....... THEY DONT CARE! !!!!!IF YU WANT THE WORST SERVICE IN VERNON..WITH THE ABSOLUTE EXAMPLE OF A HORRIFIC OWNER. WITH A N EVEN WORSE ATTITUDE..... THEN GIVE IT A TRY! !!!.. . I went THREE TIMES..PAID OVER LIKE 120.00... COULDNT TAN BECAUSE I GOT A FOOT INFECTION FROM THEIR FILTHY MACHINES...... BUSINESS I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK.... .. GREAT SERVICE HUH? !! !!! AGAIN. ... .DONT GO TO KNOTTY KNELLYS IN VERNON.... THEY FAIL ON ALL LEVELS. .. EVEN SPECIALLY THE TANNING! !!!!!!
