Helen is beyond amazing. She works so fast and efficiently, but still manages to pay close attention to detail. I asked her to make my hair all one colour, despite having various highlights, and she perfectly turned my hair in to what it naturally was. She's super kind and fun to talk to. The prices are also super affordable, and you're not sacrificing quality at all. Keep in mind that you will pay with cash or etransfer :)

There are 3 main traits that I want for a haircut place: 1. Good quality haircut 2. Affordable prices 3. Cuts both men’s and women’s hair well Many places can only meet 2 (or less) of the above traits. Some places give good quality men’s haircuts at an affordable price, but give low-quality/inconsistent women’s haircuts. That means that my wife previously went elsewhere that’s significantly more expensive. Top Beauty Salon is an exceedingly rare place that meets all of the 3 desired traits. As other reviewers have mentioned, Helen is the sole hair stylist at Top Beauty Salon. My wife and I have been here multiple times, and Helen consistently provides incredibly quick and skillful haircuts. I highly recommend Top Beauty Salon!

The lady who works there has a very good attitude. The hair cut is also quick and the surroundings are neat and tidy.

From personal experience Helen makes recommendations with interest of making money and not the clients best interest or the health of the clients hair. I would not recommend coming here.
