I'm extremely disappointed on my hairstylist on how he cut my hair, he did no take no for an answer as what I wanted (showed him a picture) and said I'd look too "conservative" and "that style is for 40yr olds" he made my dysphoria so much worse I spent what I had last of my money on it, and charged me more than it said... NEVER coming back again... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Toxic hair products! Please Do Not buy anything from this store! They sold me some really toxic hair products and failed to warm me about them. It gave me a massive allergic reaction, I went back to return the unused product and the staff was rude, unfriendly and told me they did not do refunds. They refused to give me any phone number or who to speak to and told me they could not help me! Terrible place! Please don’t give them your money!

Great staff, great customer service, awesome hours, and super reasonable rates. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because if you get fashion colours, you're made to buy the whole bottle of colour. It's part of the fees for fashion colours. So now I'm stuck with half a tube of colour that I likely won't use. Other than that bizarre corporate office decision, they're tops and I plan on coming here for a long time.

Great customer service. I loved how much attention they gave me and I liked the results.

Will not return to this location. The stylist, whom did not give her name, was unhelpful in offering tips or suggestions as to new hair cut or styling ideas for my hair. She did not respect my wishes when requesting not to cut my hair dry. I have curly thin hair that had been in an up do with lots of gel the previous two days and experienced alot of uneven breakage from the winter weather, so I wanted to start with a blunt cut. She did the initial trim well wet then told me she would dry my hair to check it..then proceeded to straighten my hair (which I never requested) and started layering my hair. She removed all the curl from my hair then cut it...I am not one to straighten my hair but she didn't listen. After all that she said have a good day when I said I did not want a straight hair style and my hair needs leave in conditioner. She was quiet annoyed at me and added some curls with a curling iron and hairspray (no conditioner). Two hours after leaving my hair was a puff storm as it doesn't hold straightening well, especially when it's so dry and with little products to hold it. All my curls were broken and I had to deep condition repeatedly throughout the week to repair the damage. As for the haircut I have to deal with the dreaded curly triangle of doom which is not flattering for a chubby face. When I went back the next day and requested a refund they denied me, manager/owner would call but week and a half still no call. Recommend to avoid a place a client isn't listened to.
