Asked to shorten my beard and draw the neckline. When I got out of there, had almost no beard and the beard had no shape; no neckline. Maybe "shorten" is a very subjective term, indeed, and some people will not know the trimmer number or the exact measure of how short it should be (as I did not know). A professional barber does not trim as much at first so he doesn't risk trimming too much, and then asks the client if it is short enough. That's not what happened here, and now I'll have to spend some weeks with a baby-ish face I did not ask for. I feel bad for giving this review since I received a very friendly service from the barber. Yet I did not get what I paid for and I'm not going back there. By the way, there's plenty of room for improvement on their website.

I went in for a haircut after my exam and had partially wet hair. After asking for the most basic hair cut (straight across) the guy proceeded to blow dry my hair (not at an angle so that he can make a clear cut, but directly into my skull). After about 20 minutes I asked him if he thought layers would be a good option to which he replied "Its too much work to do that now". After having him spend 40 minutes trying to do a basic haircut he showed me the front and back. When I told him that there were obvious pieces amidst the blow dried frizzy mess, he proceeds to tell me that no one will see that because they are behind my head. I had to beg him to cut off the 2 cm of hair sticking out from beside my face. He even said at then end that when I go home and actually straighten it, it will look different and more of those pieces may come out. He didn't ask me how I style my hair he assumed that I would want it a big ball of frizz(that he created!) The only thing nice was the lady at the counter. The dude has poor social skills and 0 ability to cut hair or communicate with his clients. And if you do try to talk to him, he starts being very curt and rude. He needs to learn something about professionalism; considering how old he is I am surprised he still can't do his job. Absolutely NOT worth the money.
