I just went there today to have my eyebrows done. I asked the lady whos doing haircut if the Grace can do my eyebrows. She said “yes” and have a seat beacause she’s assisting other customer inside the room. I am with my baby, we sat and waited patiently. After 40mins of waiting, Grace came out of the room assisted other customer threading lips and eyebrows (a lady who’s next to us.) After her I asked Grace if she can do my eyebrows now, she said “No” because she has other customer. I waited for 1hr but nothing happens to me. I haven’t heard any apologies from the employees. They just stare to each other when I burst, so upset!. This is ridiculous!!! Waiting for nothing. They should have told me in the first place if they dont have time so I just walk out. I will not recommend this salon and will not go back!!!!!

I've been going to this salon for years and it is outstanding. Amita threads my eyebrows and she does an amazing job every time! She’s also very good at waxing. I recommend this place and Amita to everyone I know. Price is very reasonable and the staff are so nice, friendly, and flexible.

I have been going there for long time, it's affordable. And sonam and amita both are amazing. My skin is sensitive so they make sure that they take enough time so my skin doesnot hurt. And they are really friendly. I would recommend to book appointment so you dont have to wait. I would totally recommend this place 😘❤️

This place has really rude employees and make you wait even when there are no customers! The owners ought to worry about the customer service and the employees do not seem to also understand the kind of haircut the customers want!
