My reg lash gal was away on holidays so I booked here for a Volume fill. The lash tech told me after she had already started that she didn't know how to do Volumes (So I was getting classic). The lash tech smelt of alcohol; I noticed this as she was well into the classic fill. They looked alright when I left but quickly noticed something wasn't right when I got home. My lash line was red & painful. I woke up the next morning with my eyelids LITERALLY glued shut with yellow fluid (infection). I called her back & told her what was happening. She said she used sensitive glue but just ordered some better glue & offered to redo them when it came in. I kindly declined! I have NEVER had a single issue before this regretful visit!!! I had them removed by my reg gal two days after. After inspection from my gal she was horrified!! This tech glued extensions to my actual eyelid & there were so many lashes that were clumped together w/glue. It took me weeks of healing before the infection went away. The next set of Volumes was done by my reg lash tech (Sam @Voila💜) that I'd been going to for 7+ mos. Every time she tried to put a set on similar irritation occurred (NOT AS CRAZY THOU). This lash tech caused so much damage I can no longer wear lash extensions AT ALL!!! STAY AWAY!!!! I am ONLY giving this place a 1☆ to leave a cautionary review!

I have had one of the WORST retail experiences with this "business" than I ever have. I purchased Groupon's for laser for both myself and my boyfriend. The laser tech first off forgot to cover my boyfriends (large) tattoo while doing laser on his back, thus BURNING him. He got burnt by her twice before having to stop her to tell her something obviously had to be wrong as he was in a ton of pain. Because of using the laser on his tattoo, it then got infected as we went to Mexico a few days later. It has now healed but there are parts of it that now have no color (burned off by the laser). The tech offered that "maybe" her sister could fix it for him. I don't believe that's a resolution to burning someone in your place of business (and yes, we will be taking appropriate measures to escalate this further). To add to this, I had an appointment booked for January 25th and the tech had texted me asking to move it, which we did for February 1st. I arrived at 5:10 for my 5:15 appointment to find the business was locked and dark. At 5:20 I left. I texted the tech and she did not respond to me. I called her the next day as she hadn't texted me back and she told me that the "manager" had decided to close the salon early and no one was able to call their appointments to cancel. I have called the salon and left four voicemails that they have not returned and no one answers the phone as it goes straight to voicemail. I contacted Groupon to ask for their assistance and they got in contact with Lash Beauty Lounge and asked them to call me, and do you think even after that I got a call? Unprofessional - the absolute best word to describe Lash Beauty Lounge. If this is how they treat their customers I guarantee they will be out of business, hopefully sooner rather than later. If anyone is going to go to this salon I would highly not recommend it.
