I am very impressed with this salon, particularly Rose. I had came in looking for a new salon, as my last salon did not use quality products and my nails were always breaking within 2 weeks.. Even though I walked in without an appointment, and a lot of work to be done (3 replacement nails, and lifted damaged acrylic work), she took me in right away without hesitation, and did a fantastic job on my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she did my nails exactly like the photo. She was quick and precise. I will be going back again, not only for my nails, but for lashes as well. Roses eyelashes were gorgeous!

New favorite nail place in the lower mainland. Went to Solar Nail before and didn't like how the prices always changed. The ladies and gentlemen in Tips Beauty Salon are respectful and kind. Prices are great and place is well maintained. Nikki is my girl. She takes her time and makes sure you're satisfied before leaving.

I just had my nails done and they look fabulous. Rose is the girl to do it. She is friendly, sweet, professional and very talented. I give 10 out of 10 to her.

My tech was very sweet and I really liked her. Unfortunately she did a rush job on my pedicure. I didn't realize until I got half way from the salon that my big toe was missing half of its colour and there was so much dry skin coming off my feet. After she finished painting my nails she walked away from me and started helping another customer. I feel like I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for her to tell me I could pay. Another tech ended up helping me from the chair and I paid her. Great prices, friendly staff, just not happy with the rush job and the ignoring me once the job was done.

The worst manicure job ever! My nails were not cut to the same length, they were not filled properly and after 3 coats of nail polish you can still see through. Nail polish was so deluded in order to be used as much as possible. On top of everything the lady that was doing the manicure was playing stupid like everything is ok and advise me to next time bring my own nail polish! Unbelievable... anyhow, I asked her to remove the nail polish and don’t even bother doing my pedicure. No apologies no nothing... I had to even ask her for a towel to clean myself so I can leave the chair/salon. NEVER again!!!
