Dingy little salon located in Esquimalt, very in-experienced staff who all smell like cigarette smoke and don't seem to care about themselves, when i was there 2 people not including myself were freaking out about how bad their hair looked after their "Salon" experience and were still forced to pay. Management seems to not care that their business is near the end of its line and shows their lack of management ability with pride. If i were you I'd drive an extra 4 mins to downtown Victoria for a haircut that you won't hate yourself or the staff for.

I had a fabulous experience this past Monday with Ashley ❤❤ thanks for the hair makeover and the fun, very long day :)

I'm a happy customer since 1997. The hairstylists take the time to ask how I would like to have my hair cut. My son has enjoyed every hair cut appointment. François Denux

Nice atmosphere, good size salon so you don't feel cramped but partition walls keep the noise down. Got an updo with lots of very long hair, Chrissy took the time to make sure we were both happy with the results, never making me feel rushed but that if I were on a time constraint she'd work with me to get out on time. Reasonable cost for almost 2 hrs work and a slew of bobby pins. French speaking staff is great to see! I haven't been to a salon in 10 years because of previous poor experiences but I'm already planning a trip for some bangs!
