Great customer service, friendly, willing to listen & you can't beat the price! After being quoted $45 for a trim at a different salon, Rico provided me with the perfect haircut, was a pleasure to chat with & a master of his craft. Thank-you for a nice experience.

Good for a quick haircut. Nothing fancy. Usually busy

Decent service; it varies a bit depending on which stylist you get, but if you're unhappy with the results you can get a free recut within a week (I think it's a week? Might be longer). Usually quite good for the price as long as you're going for something simple and are clear about what you want. Friendly, welcoming staff.

Almost all the staff cut great hair. Been using them for haircuts for my son and I for the last 6 years. Two bad haircuts by the same person but fixed for free when I came back by another staff person.

Customer service was poor, no communication what so ever but she would happily talk to other associates. Plus would not cut my hair the way I wanted, rather whatever was quicker for her. Asked for dead ends to be cut off...yeah that didn't happen, still left with dead ends. Asked for bangs and ended up getting side bangs which were horrendously done. I paid $16 for something I could have done for free in my own home. Waste of money.. All depends on the person I guess. My boyfriend got an excellent hair cut and stylist but as for me..most likely never going there again.
