Jason and the Downunder Travel team are the best! Their assistance in organizing a trip to New Zealand and Australia, for my husband and I, was invaluable. We felt we had ample time at each location and did not feel that we missed out on anything.  I initially thought I would plan the vacation on my own however, I became overwhelmed by all of the information I found on line and in books. Jason helped focus me based on our interests and lined up a trip that exceeded all of our expectations.

Our group of four were planning a 4 week trip to Australia and through a friend recommendation we contacted Jason at Downunder Travel. Jason proved to be invaluable as he looked after our car rentals, hotels and in country flights. He made several recommendations of where to visit and what to do. He looked after getting us there and back to these locations with pre-arranged transportation. He eliminated a lot of the travel planning stress and we highly recommend his services.

Jason created the Best Vacation Ever for us - a month long trip to Australia travelling the east coast, the Red Center and south. All arrangements, locations, excursions, transfers were well executed which resulted in a stress free vacation for us! Thanks so much for your attention to all the details. We contacted Downunder Travel upon a recommendation from friends who had enjoyed 2 differing trips organized by Jason. We spent 6.5 wonderful weeks exploring both Islands in New Zealand. Jason met with us to understand our interests and a sense of where we hoped to travel while there. We had already booked our flight there, The Milford Trek as well as Doubtful Sound overnight which he worked with and proposed an itinerary. We requested a few changes, extended a few nights here and there and soon after many months before departing all was arranged. What a weight off our shoulders as we had been attempting to do all the research and booking ourselves. Accommodations, day trips, half day tours etc all ran without a hitch. There were a couple of tours I don't think we would have booked ourselves as they weren't the kind of thing we'd do and yet they were just great and so glad we did! At one point we thought we might be seeking medical assistance at a drop in clinic. Not sure about the process with Medical Insurance, we sent him a note to which he quickly responded and we really appreciated. All in all we are very thankful for the arrangements and bookings that helped make the time there truly great. Thanks Jason.

Our group of 4 travelled to Africa, 4 different countries, many flights, hotels and tours under the guidance of Jason at Down Under Travel. The trip was amazing especially the safaris. Jason's attention to detail made this trip outstanding. Truly a trip of a lifetime that was arranged perfectly. Don't hesitate to book with this company, you will not be disappointed.
