Better communication:

My friend used this company for his wedding. Where do I even begin, Handed our deposit to the lady name Jen(flight Centre)in April 2017. I though now it’s done. Comes October 11,2017 when we want to pay Billie(flight Centre). Billie mention to us we haven’t paid our deposit yet. Check our credit card money came out. Oct 11, 2017 paid in full. Ask for the receipt they emails 3X as we cannot view the receipts, by late evening receipt comes. Receipts Paid. Fast forward to 2018, Feb 15. The groom inform us we haven’t paid yet, 1 day before the deadline. Contact Celia awesome quick response & solved it right away. The problem is they keep changing our travel agent miscommunication can happen.

I have booked two trips at this location, both times were wonderful. The team was always there when I had questions (a billion questions). They were determined that I got the best deals and were very helpful with the activities.

Amy helped me organize a school trip that required connecting flights for 73 people. She was very patient and understanding when multiple last minutes changes needed to be made. She was always quick to respond in our communication(50+ emails and at least 5 phone calls) and always worked to help in any way she could.

For the first time I booked with Celia Bouville and as I booked my trip to Las Vegas I knew I had a great representative! Through the booking she was extremely helpful in all aspects I was looking for and was a great person to talk to! I look forward to dealing with Flight Centre for all my needs as I have decided to always book with Celia she is a great contact for all my flight needs!

I have worked with Celia since January planning my destination wedding. Celia has been nothing but organized, extremely professional and highly reliable. She has made the experience extremely 'stress free'. I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. I would highly recommend Celia.

Save yourself book through Expedia... Friends of ours booked a wedding party through Celia for 30+ people, we were meant to get a special deal and all be together. You know all the stuff you want to hear. I looked before we booked it was cheaper on Expedia but we didn't want to be "that couple". After paying in full 2+ months in advance, we no longer are on the same flight as each other and of course it's 100% non transferable and non refundable... She blamed West jet and we had to pay a change fee. Almost the whole wedding party had issues, the deal was better straight through the hotel or straight through WestJet. The refund for the bride and groom wasn't given until after the wedding.... The service was poor the price was poor, never again. The internet is your best travel agent, they rely on smaller individual profits off each booking yet massive amounts of transactions. If you get cancellation insurance you can always take a different trip or use that money to change plans. I DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
