Our family have been customers of Gabriella for almost 20 years now. Have been sent to the most beautiful places by Summerland Travel for our winter getaways and have never had a bad experience...that is why we keep coming year after year. Gabi(that's how i call her) always gives me great, honest information about our upcoming trips and vacations at the best price possible.I highly recommend Gabriella's services from Summerland Travel!

The owner of this Agency is very rude, she hang up the phone on me when I asked her question about the itinerary changes on a flights

I can't believe what this agency is doing! Callers call in asking for Samir Sleiman, instead of saying Samir Sleiman is no longer the owner, she says he's either out or busy with a customer. People Samir Sleiman no longer owns this agency, she's using his name to take clients away. That is not professional or ethical to do business!!

I booked my honeymoon through Summerland Travel who in turn booked through Sunwing. My husband and I paid for an extra night as our flight got in at an insane time, and without the extra night we wouldn't have gotten a room for about 10 hours after arriving. When we arrived, we didn't get the room we booked for the extra night (we didn't check in until almost 16 hours later). The hotel treated us like garbage, and there were a bunch of other issues (too many to list). Once back, I spoke to Gabi, the owner of this agency. She was unwilling to help me with anything! She told me that I was only her responsibility until I stepped foot on the airplane, after that she basically washed her hands of us! What an Awesome travel agency! She also blames any issues on her travel agent who no longer works there, but will not offer any assistance to me or customer service. She won't take responsibility for any of this agents errors. I work in customer service, and have taken courses in the same, and am appalled by her actions. I have also worked as a travel agent before, and can honestly say that we never treated our customers like this. They were our customers from the moment they inquired on a trip to long after they were back. This travel agency ruined my Honeymoon, a trip that should be memorable in a good way. Sunwing is also to blame, but I really don't see what the point in using a travel agent is if they are unwilling to do anything for you when they mess up your booking. You would be better off using Expedia, or any other online booking site. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY! I think it would be best for the public if they just closed their doors.
