Ohmigoodness, if you need ANY insurance help ask to see Suzanne. Literally the most helpful, personable and AWESOME person. I left after combining my home and auto insurance and actually SAVED money on MORE coverage! Just awesome!

Had a great experience there booking our Europe trip with Ashley Digiuseppe! She answered all our questions and seemed very knowledgeable and excited to help us book our trip. She was even willing to work with us a little longer than our scheduled appointment to make sure all our details were wrapped up nicely. She was especially knowledgeable when it came to our travel insurance needs, saving us money where possible. She was very kind and worked very diligently explaining things as she worked to find the best flights based on what we wanted. Overall great customer service. I would love to book any following trips with her or at least someone like her. She was a breath of fresh air and this was definitely appreciated after a few negative experiences at the West End AMA branch.

I have been in and out of AMA three times over the past month and had nothing but pleasant experiences. The female staff at the registries desk are amazing. They have answered my questions, been very patient with me, and shown a genuine interest in who I was as a customer and my needs for AMA services. Acquiring my Alberta Health card, Alberta drivers license, AMA Plus package, and Alberta license plate was a breeze through AMA on Kingsway. All prices were fair and the agents took the time to ensure I received the lowest price and all the perks. I would highly recommend this AMA to anyone. Well done ladies!

Absolutely a positive experience. Professional, friendly and, best of all, HELPFUL. Thanks to my salesman Jotham, who made the purchasing process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend DriveNation.

Do not bother coming here for travel questions. Terrible service from start to finish starting with trying to book a time slot with the receptionist to sitting down with an agent who didn't have a clue about anything and she was supposed to be an expert on the region we were interested in. All they do is try to push all inclusive packages on you for a fee of $45 a person and go through the West jet website that you could do alone.
