We booked our first ever family vacation through Flight Center. Both Cynthia and Heather were amazing. First off, make sure to accept the travel insurance that they offer!!! There were some hiccups along the way, due to the Max 737 grounding, our 8 day vacation turned into a 10 day vacation. Cynthia and Heather helped with all the extra arrangements that needed to be made before we left. Once we were back, Heather, helped us get the necessary documents for the extra out of pocket expenses (for the extra 2 days) to submit to Manulife (travel ins.). and we were reimbursed promptly. Flight Centre provided excellent customer service! Thank you Cynthia and Heather for all of your help!

Brett at the abbotsford location has always been a lifesaver for us; we just finished planning an ambitious honeymoon with several countries and he made it all so easy & stress free. When we would have a hard time deciding between two options he would find a fun way to help us choose, which is so appreciated when you are planning such a major trip as it can get overwhelming. He also always gave us multiple options; fastest way to get there vs least expensive way to get there, cost effective clean hotels vs very centralized hotels, whether we wanted to travel in the morning to spend more time at our next destination vs traveling later to spend more time in certain locales... and he offered personalized advice on the places he had visited himself on things that we should do in certain cities. On our last Europe trip he also was the first to email us back when we had questions because another agent hasn’t told us where to go to for a day trip we had booked in Dublin. Brett hadn’t even been the one who had booked the excursion but he was definitely the most helpful! I know that even when we are on another continent Brett will do his best to help, and because of that we book every trip through flight centre and specifically Brett now (sometimes even if it’s something we could book ourselves). Could not have asked for better service. He also was completely unbiased, in the past other agents have disagreed with us when we said there were certain places we didn’t want to stop and visit along the way, and Brett would only make suggestions based on what he knows of us and if we didn’t seem interested he would move right along. A huge thank you to Brett for such an amazing job well done, you’ve made our honeymoon something we are so excited about and we can’t wait to step on the plane!

Heather at the Seven Oaks location was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! This was our first time booking through a travel agent and our first time travelling and she made everything so easy. I would definitely recommend asking for her when you go to book your trips. We can’t wait to work with Heather again! Thanks Hearher!!!
