Very bad customer service . They never call you back and lady over the phone ways speaks Rudely. Bought ticket from other travel agency . Will never recommend this to anyone . THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR RATING BUT TOO BAD THERE IS NO ZERO RATING AVAILABLE

Hopefully Google offers 0 stars soon because thats what these people deserve. This has got to be the worst travel agency in the town. The lady is extremely rude and has no knowledge on what she is talking about. I booked a flight with them and couldnt make it last minute due to my mother-in-law falling sick and they did not refund me the money. I told her I needed refunable tickets before purchsing and she even charged me the extra amount but still did not refund my money because of "company policies". These people are thieves and should be shut down asap!

Gaba Travel Agents were a lifesaver. They helped us with a trip to multiple destinations; there was no way (that we could find) to book what they booked. Even in this age of amazing deals/prices online, they were incredible. Gaba truly proves a great travel agent is a must -- especially if you have complicated flight plans! I highly recommend them & will be using them again.
