While booking through Odenza, we had Christopher Taylor as our travel agent. My friend and I were planning a Vegas trip and were very indecisive on when and what hotel we wanted. No matter how many times we had changed our minds on details Chris always had the best packages for us to pick from. He is friendly and always had quick responses. I would book through Odenza again and would hope to have the same great service that Chris gave us.

I have dealt with Odenza when booking previous vacations and have been very pleased with the service they provide. My most recent vacation was booked through Wendy Ortiz who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth booking. She was more than helpful and displayed a professional and personable manner from start to finish.

Jenny Weng was wonderful to work with! She listened to what we wanted and went out of her way to find what we were looking for. She was very quick to reply to e-mails and phone calls and was always pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend her to help you plan your vacation or honeymoon.

I've dealt with Odenza a few times and they've always been great! Recently I booked a trip with Robert Bahia and he was quick to return my calls and get some quotes together. Thank Robert!

To Jennifer Maynard:Thank you for all of your help in planning our vacation in Las Vegas. I really appreciate the time that you took with me to make the flight arrangements and to select the right hotel for us; one that satisfied all of our needs and will surely make this anniversary event for us a memorable one. Your knowledge of this kind of detail is truly an asset to travelers such as ourselves. Thank you for including an image of yourself in your email. It makes our communication more personal. The smile on your face is most certainly a reflection of the pleasant and courteous voice that was speaking to me on the telephone.
