The worse expirience ever I had with Wedad Bishara, so rude, unprofessional, not listening and constantly talking over you. She proceeded to tell me “I’m the owner, I don’t care. Deal with it” after I told her I will not be purchasing any tickets from her company but she didn’t listen and still charged me for them!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Now I have 2 round trip tickets I never asked for! Horrible service. This is absolutely ridiculous. 4 months ago Faly signed a contract with Miss. Wedad and asked parents who is not interested for ticket to call you and let you know. My husband called you and that is the time when you were supposed to take our son off from the list. But you didn’t, you still charged the Faly tickets for our son without telling them that we called and told you that we are not interested . Of course I understand the percentage was more important then customer service to you. Please don’t mix Faly into this. it has nothing to do with them, We called you before you change them for the ticket.

Five stars for Bill Allen, who went above and beyond to get us a refund when Air Canada cancelled a flight that we had booked in order to avoid a redeye. Bill set us up on a flight home with another airline ensuring that we had a good trip, then followed up on his own time. Imagine my delight when I received a call and a cheque a month after we returned home. Thank you Bill! Chris

I have booked many trips with this office only because they really care and provide a service that I found to be in my best interest and not theirs . The happy memories will always be remembered . Thank you

We booked as a large group for a destination wedding with their rep Kiki. A lot of us never met each other prior to the wedding. Once the group's trip itinerary was confirmed, she sent everyone's confidential information in multiple attachments under one lengthy email. Several of us addressed that this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional, and she claimed that the bride and groom gave her clearance to disclose all this information in one message. The bride and groom never gave these instructions. She just did not want to be to be held accountable for it. In addition, there were several guests on the list who booked with her, but she forgot to book them on the same trip. They had to make their own (pricier) arrangements. Some of the names were also misspelled, and she did not include my married surname on the booking - problems that could have gone terribly during check-in. Going back to the mass email with all our private information, the same message also indicated that our group had access to the airline's exclusive airport lounge, both at our point of origin and layover. It turned out that only the bride and groom had access to that, and not the rest of our party. We were beyond embarrassed after the lounge management clarified that the access excluded us albeit proof of access. Upon addressing this to Kiki, she blamed the airline for their policy change, when it was simply her ineptitude. After all, it is the travel agent's responsibility to know of any changes. A separate group that we met at the airport who also booked the same arrangements with Kiki underwent the exact issues. Kiki sent us a passive aggressive, pseudo-apologetic message almost a week into our trip (no actual apologies mentioned), and once again pointed fingers at other factors for the issues. She thanked us in advance for "our understanding" because that was the last time she was planning on addressing our concerns. She knew that we were not happy about her services, and we were each offered a $50 voucher if we booked with her in the future - quite an insulting amount, to be honest, and it's something we can happily turn down and be able to live without. Please find another travel agency. Marlin Travel is beyond disorganized and unreliable. This would have just been a one-star rating; the extra one was for making it back home in one piece.

Awful customer service. The guy helping me was sterotypically pretentious. He was too interested in what was going on outside their building, and had zero interest in listening to me. Regardless, he felt that he obtained enough information while NOT listneing to me, to tell me what I would be interested in most. I would rather spend hours combing the internet and booking every step of my travel on my own, over dealing with these people. I have booked through some great travel agencies in the past, but I would never trust this place to manage my valuable time away, or the expense that goes with it.
