Christina has been my travel agent since 2009. In my experience, the airline lost my luggage in 2010, and I had no idea what to do next. First thing I did was call Christina. In my state of panic, she calmly walked me through the steps to retrieve my luggage. Unfortunately the airline couldn't find it, so I called Christina again, and again she walked me through the process to have the airline credit me for the cost of my luggage. Thankfully with Christina's help I was able to receive the replacement cost of all items the airline lost. Thank you Christina. I highly recommend Christina to everyone I know.

Christina's a very hard working travel agent who makes sure you get what you are looking for. She gets you the best deals and accommodations. Over the past 15 years I have only delt with her and have been very happy.

Christina was amazing! She got us an amazing deal at the most beautiful resort I have ever seen. She also helped us when we were in Mexico and a natural disaster hit and we didn't know what to do! I highly recommend using Platinum Travels for any upcoming trips.
