Heena has provided me with excellent service. This was my first time flying out of the country alone, as I tend to get lost and confused extremely easily, I was delighted to have someone answer all of my silly questions. She has been highly recommended to all my family and friends and now Google.

I wrote an honest account of my experience with this company in Google and it was removed, I assume by the Travel Group. To summarize, I was dealing with someone who I considered rude in the Vacations Department. I received two invoices with two different amounts owing. I would ask her why and she wouldn't answer. She was really difficult to deal with and I received little to no consultation so I felt I was making an informed decision. She was rushing me to finalize the booking and was telling me I would lose my deposit if I didn't confirm by a certain date. I decided I would rather deal with the tour company directly, so I asked her to send me the file. I then see that I paid her a huge commission (that I was not aware of) for doing close to nothing. When I contacted the tour company, it turned out that my deposit was not lost, and I could keep it on file for whenever I decided to confirm my trip. Something else I was not told by the Travel Group. I have since dealt with the Tour Company directly and I am getting excellent service. I wouldn't recommend the Travel Group.

Great team and excellent service. Annie helped us plan an amazing honeymoon, and we have gone back for more trips since then with our new son as well.
