Heena has provided me with excellent service. This was my first time flying out of the country alone, as I tend to get lost and confused extremely easily, I was delighted to have someone answer all of my silly questions. She has been highly recommended to all my family and friends and now Google.

I wrote an honest account of my experience with this company in Google and it was removed, I assume by the Travel Group. To summarize, I was dealing with someone who I considered rude in the Vacations Department. I received two invoices with two different amounts owing. I would ask her why and she wouldn't answer. She was really difficult to deal with and I received little to no consultation so I felt I was making an informed decision. She was rushing me to finalize the booking and was telling me I would lose my deposit if I didn't confirm by a certain date. I decided I would rather deal with the tour company directly, so I asked her to send me the file. I then see that I paid her a huge commission (that I was not aware of) for doing close to nothing. When I contacted the tour company, it turned out that my deposit was not lost, and I could keep it on file for whenever I decided to confirm my trip. Something else I was not told by the Travel Group. I have since dealt with the Tour Company directly and I am getting excellent service. I wouldn't recommend the Travel Group.
