I went to Flight Centre in November asking for help with booking a month long trip over in Europe. Lindsey went above and beyond what I expected and took care of every detail. I had no problems or issues while overseas and therefor made for a very stress free vacation not only for me but for my parents as well (I am 18 so they were nervous about me going but Lindsey made sure everything was taken care of) Thank you Lindsey! I will for sure be going back to her at Flight Centre in Pentciton with the next trip I book!

We recently booked a vacation at Flight Centre in Penticton and once again dealt with Christina. She has helped us book vacations for many years and is always helpful and efficient. Her knowledge of the different vacation properties, planning flight routes and hotels, is excellent. She is always a pleasure to deal with, has a great sense of humour and makes you consider options outside the box. We hopefully will be traveling for many years to come. Our vacation choices may change as we age and we will continue to seek out Christina’s advice and recommendations.

We just returned from our 10 day trip to Mexico. We met with Shawna in early January looking for an all inclusive vacation. Shawna recommended several properties and we looked at each, she was knowledgeable about each and what we could select. We chose the Princess Riviera in Playa del Carmen. We were very pleased with the resort. The resort was very clean, lots of staff helping out where needed. The beach and pools were spectacular, we chose a pool with lots of shade and away from the noisier party pool. The buffet was really great with a different theme each day, and lots of choices to cater to any taste. The Spa (extra cost) was wonderfully refreshing, the massages great, and the fish pedicure spa a treat. Lots of things to do for those who want to be active, (not me) beach volleyball, yoga, zumba, archery, tennis, etc. Don't miss the ice-cream shoppe. Lots of things for kids o do as well. We are grateful that Shawna made this experience so memorable, no problems at all. There is no doubt who will will talk with when we plan another trip.

I went in to get some information on a flight I had booked through them, and after being told to wait for over 1 hour and 45 minutes, I got disguted with the entire waste of my time and left. Perhaps I was only valued while they took my money. Very disappointed to say the least.

We don't usually use a travel agent and our experience with the Flight Centre has not convinced us to change. We stopped in to book a trip to Europe that we've made in the past, using Expedia, thinking that perhaps an agent would be able to improve the routing. However, the routing that Christina proposed took twice as long to get there than we took last time, and required an overnight stay along the way. When we later checked online, it took less than 10 minutes to find a much better routing. Christina didn't seem to care to help us or to listen to what we wanted; she appeared to be more interested in chatting with her coworker. It is hard to tell whether she was incompetent or just didn't care. Considering that you have to pay the agent an additional amount above the ticket price, it's a wonder travel agencies still exist. At any rate, it is back to do-it-yourself online booking for us.
