I took the shuttle from Castlegar to Red and back. The drivers were very punctual and very friendly. It was a very positive experience

We have known Tash and Ian for many years and have always found them to be professional, customer-focused and friendly. They are the quintessential mountain entrepreneurs and I urge everyone to support their independent spirit!

Website payment system did not work for me but I was able to easily book and pay over the phone. Prompt courteous driver (Ian) drove me from my Red Resort lodging to Castlegar, and advised me of the best and most economical options available, to get me from Castlegar to Kelowna, when my Caslegar to Vancouver flight was cancelled. (Flew from Kelowna to Vancouver). He advised me of the flight cancellation as soon as Air Canada announced it, and delayed my travel to Castlegar to coincide with another carrier who took me to Kelowna, so I would not spend an inordinate amount of time waiting at the Castlegar Airport. He also gave me a very interesting oral history of the local area en route to Castlegar. Two thumbs up!

We used the Mountain Shuttle for a ride to the start of the Seven Summits bike trail. The driver (Ian) was so nice and efficient, and gave us some information about other trails and local attractions. The price was very reasonable and we loved being able to leave our RV at the end of the trail. Thanks for the awesome service!

Our women's mountain bike session was great! Travis checked our bikes and provided adjustments for the best fit and function before we started riding. Once on our bikes, his coaching was patient and geared to our abilities. By the time our session was up, I felt much more confident and ready to tackle the trails! Thanks!
