I’ve been meaning to write a review about the service I received at this location of Flight Centre. The location I usually used had recently closed so I headed to 4th Ave with crossed fingers. The agent who took care of me was friendly, helpful and professional. She helped me find just the right flight to Paris for Christmas and beforehand kept me informed with all the relevant details. I would definitely use this Flight Centre again!

Dan Alley is tremendous! Our usual travel agent had gone on mat leave and her replacement had left so I went to the Flight Centre chat page and encountered Dan. He offered to help with our family trip to Europe and was so amazingly helpful and fast...we got our trip sorted in a very short time. Dan is helpful, pro-active, knowledgeable, and super nice! I highly recommend seeking his assistance to book your trip!

Baraq at Flight Centre helped me greatly when I had missed my flight. He found a new one, advised me around penalties and refunds, and was very helpful all around. I have been using flight centre for at least 10 years and I am always very happy with the service I receive. Thank you!

Thanks so much to Didac who helped me through the maze of ways to get to an out of the way place in Russia. He was quick, had good ideas, and got it all well arranged including the details.
