I get all of my camera and lighting equipment from Mozaik and they have been amazing to work with. I've placed custom orders, asked questions about gear, and always had my orders show up quickly. With the best selection of all major brands, no cross board fees, and great staff you can't go wrong. They've played a major role in my underwater photography getting to the level it is at today

Very realiable, outstanding service, super helpful, extremely nice staff! You guys are NUMBER 1!!!! You guys have an exceptional service if it comes to customer satisfaction. I bought a complete set (housing, filter, big eye lense, light and other things) but before I had some question which were all perfectly answered by chat. You even proposed some additional products which made my underwater photography much easier, thanks for that as well. I never got the impression that you tried to sell me stuff I didn't need/want. Even after the purchase your service is exemplary. I had issues with the video light I bought so I had to send it back but unfortunately my parcel never arrived. You offered me a special deal for a new light and if this were not enough you also offered me as well a special deal for the shipping as I also had issue with the shipping. Neither of these issues were your fault and nevertheless you were always accommodating and generous. I will forever buy underwater stuff only at Mozaik!

Recently I ordered a housing and light package plus few more accessories from Mozaik. Honestly speaking, I was very worried before order and after ordered from Mozaik because I have never ordered such an expensive stuff via online, moreover, it is so far away from my country. However, I felt very fortunate I found Mozaik and made the order. I received my order last week via TNT & USPS and the items were well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I would like to say a big thank you to Tal and Ran, thank you for your professional advises and patient in replying to all my questions via email and web chat throughout the whole process. To me, Mozaik reasonable price with professional service therefore definitely will deal with Mozaik again. Well done and keep up the good work. A. T. order 4757 Malaysia
