My father bought a ticket to Spain, in this place he presented the documents that they had and they told him that everything was fine... on the day of his trip he showed up at the airport flying to Toronto and in Toronto they did not let him board for Spain giving him the explanation that the document he had was not valid... they told him to wait and they were going to confirm with the agency and in the end no one helped him... he doesn't speak English which is why it was more difficult for him to let him all night and the second day he decided to go to a hotel... the agency promised to return the money and it's been 2 years and he called almost every day and they don't give him a solution... I don't recommend this place

We had a lot of stress traveling. They sad we did not have to worry about our baggage, but we had to. And when I asked about a mistake I found. She gave me a very disrespectful response saying: can you read your ticket?

We wanted to book tickets to go to Mexico and we wanted to take our emotional support dog and they said we were on our own with that it was very rude so for anyone that has a pet I guess it's not for them
