Melissa at Flight Centre Polo Park was a pleasure to work with as she was able to help find us a beautiful resort in Mexico that fit our budget. I appreciated the time and effort that she took to help us choose from different options and as well as to find options that we would likely have not considered. This is the second trip that we have booked through Flight Centre. In both cases the experience has been great and very helpful. I gladly recommend Flight Centre and Melissa.

I was going to book multiple flights worth at least $10K and was denied service because she said her appointment was showing up. I sat outside the Apple Store to see if she was telling the truth. Guess what? No appointment showed up. I walked in to see if I could just book the flights. I knew what I wanted, when and was willing to pay any price. It could’ve taken 10 minutes. She still said, “no.” As a visible minority, I can’t imagine any other reason why I’d be denied service when her appointment never showed up — twice. Since there’s not a single person in line and no people are showing up for appointments but they’re hella busy, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

As someone who travels independently, and hates planning; they arrange everything from beginning to end. All I need to do is tell them my budget, where I want to go, what I want to do, and pay. Never any pressure, extremely helpful and just a phone call or email away. I personally, see Krystle and have been doing so for the last 3yrs. Everyone else is friendly and approachable, readily sharing their experiences in travels and booking

We were very impressed and satisfied with our holiday to Italy which was arranged by Melissa. Melissa and all the Flight Centre staff were amazing. Melissa looked after every little detail allowing us a worry free, relaxing experience. We will definitely get Flight Centre to work with us to plan our next vacation get away.

Our trip to Mexico was great but our purchasing from flight centre caused nothing but headaches. I had gone in person to purchase a trip and after choosing the place, I payed for it by credit card. After I had left, the person I was dealing with (I forget her name) took a call from another costumer who was buying a flight over the phone to somewhere that cost over $1000. It turns out that she used my personal information and credit card information to buy this other persons flight. The only reason I found out about it was that I checked my credit card statement a couple days before leaving for my trip. I had to contact them and let them know what happened. They did not know and would not have corrected anything had I not initiated it. They had no explanation for how this happened or why and almost didn’t even apologize to me. I was not happy with the way they handled the situation and they did nothing for me other than awkwardly and quietly standing around while refunding me. I would not recommend.
