Booked a birthday trip to NYC for my girlfriend's birthday. Had excellent customer service from Allison K. The whole experience was great, gave her a budget and our preferred location and she came back with some great options that were significantly cheaper than Kayak or expedia. We get to the hotel and we got a two level upgrade! Would highly recommend

I had heard great things from a friend so I called to book a family trip to California. The sales rep sent me a list (basically all the hotels I asked for in the first place), he didn't really ask any questions and never replied to my questions. It's so easy to book online that it didn't matter. I was just really underwhelmed by the experience. Waste of time.

Great Service! Great prices that you can't find anywhere else! Christine and Shyna did a great job helping me! Thank you!

I always use Magellan. They're fast and easy to book with by email if you prefer not to phone. Always the cheapest price around for good hotels. Also, I find the hotels treat Magellan booking better than direct bookings, I often get upgraded rooms.

Great service provided by a great crew! I got a deal on my hotel room that was well below what the hotel itself was offering on a room rate. Check with these guys before you book directly or with anyone.
