Our guide, George, was knowledgeable and entertaining. We were ushered to each sight and given ample time for each part of the experience. He also gave advice on where to save, eat, stay. Most enjoyable.

OVER PRICED!!! Woman at the front desk told me that you can go 5 other places. But it was not. Only 3 places. Two of them were in walking distance. 2min and 15 min. 70 dollar for 2 admission tickets and ride and guide. I would not recommend this tour. Bur our guide John is a humorous guy.

This was the worst tour ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! First, we were told that the tour would leave at 2:30p and the tour finally began at 3:30p. We were also told by the lady at the desk that this was the perfect tour for people who couldn't walk very well because they drive you to each destination and drop you off very close to each destination (the trolley would have gotten us closer than the horrible bus we had to ride in with broken AC and rotted out tires). We had to switch busses in the middle of the tour. The tour was 6.5 hours and the group remaining voted to end the tour before completion because it was too long. The tour guide, Jeff didn't seem to know anything about the area and complained about how horrible the day was going and that communication was poor with this company. He rambled on about this and provided no information about any of the destinations. They bring you to two ticketed locations, all other points are free. You could do this entire tour on your own for about $35 (or less). Absolutely ridiculous!

Where do I start... the van didn't have sir conditioning, Maureen was a terrible driver, she spoke to only a few in the group of 24, so most of us couldn't hear. My kids are 13, 11 and 10. I paid adult cost for the oldest, and kid price for the youngest two. I was accused of cheating on cost. I did not too the driver because she didn't deserve it. She confronted me when we stepped off the van about not tipping her. I politely explained why, and she started yelling me. I will never use this tour service again, and I will never recommend them. Terrible experience!

First time to Niagara Falls. We thought this was the welcome center for state park, very confusing. They promised lowest price guarantee! Promised this over the top tour of different places. Not what we were promised at all. SCAM!!! You can walk down to state park and buy a package that gets you twice the attractions for half the price, also includes tram service. To make it all worse, the air on the bus didn't work. It was 85 this day outside. Stay far from this money scam!!
