This is the best way to see Niagara Falls and surrounding area. We did a 4-hour tour with Joel and his company. He is an amazing guide and so knowledgeable and friendly. He knows all the right spots to stop and visit and to avoid the often large crowds. We learned so much about the Falls, the town, and the history of Niagara Falls. We highly recommend this tour to anyone. It is private, reasonable, and a great experience. Thanks Joel!!

My wife and I booked a tour with Joel in late June of 2016. We do not have enough superlatives to describe our experience with Joel. It is easy to contact Joel by e-mail and in my case we talked at length on the phone to plan our experience. I presented a special case for him, as I am very physically handicapped and mostly scooter bound and use a handicapped equipped van. Joel was quite willing to join my wife and I on the van and direct me as to where to drive. He also provided facilitated experiences which we could enjoy immensely within my limitations. The experience with Joel is not a classic "bus trip" type of tour. Even without the many attractions we had the opportunity to experience with Joel (starting with the Cave of the Winds and ending with Niagara on the Lake), I found Joel to be tremendously entertaining. He does a superlative job sharing information and history about the attractions/area while providing this entertainment. Joel has tremendous knowledge of not only the United States attractions, but the attractions on the Canadian side of the Falls as well. Our winery and Niagara on the Lake experiences (as well as the stops and information he shared along the way) were above and beyond what I expected. His wealth of historical, scientific and anecdotal information was simply amazing. Joel provided the best set of our attractions based on our personal needs. (both my wife and I are over 50) We did not get "tour package" but a daytime experience based on our desires and the limitations imposed by my mobility. The service from Joel was literally from the door of our hotel to our return and Joel even assisted my wife with the steps I use to access my van and my mobility scooter. We can quite honestly say that the money we spent booking Joel was the best money we spent on the entire Niagara Falls experience. He was a major part in making it a trip of a lifetime. Thank you so much Joel! If I ever wanted another experience in the region we would definitely request your services.

Joel gives a great tour. He involved our 3 year old and everyone had a great time. He had all the info on the falls that I was interested in and I didn't have to sit through a video inside to get it. When we had a hard time finding the place where we were to meet, he took multiple calls from us directing us there and even held the tour until we all got there. Definitely recommend.

Had a great tour for a great price. You don't need help seeing the Canadian side. They built a mall next to the falls. But to appreciate the US side where they tore all the buildings down and made a State Park, a tour guide goes a long ways. Joel even got our 3 year old excited about the falls. Highly recommended.
